It was attended by hundreds of school children, teachers and parents. Invaluable thoughts and insights were shared by school leaders, writers, educationists, linguists and leaders of community education. We were humbled by the involvement of several Padma Shri recipients like Dadi Pudumjee, Dr Gowri Ishwaran and Padma Bhushan Dr Shyama Chona for gracing the festival by their active participation. Active participation of NGOs like Pratham, Save our children, Room to Read, Tara Homes, Samarpan,  Smile for All, SADRAG and Salam Baalak Trust made RISE a fruitful experience.

Financial Literacy, Climate Literacy and a host of several creative story telling, career counselling and Art and Expressions workshops made RISE 2023 a thrilling experience for school children, parents and teachers.

Pedagogy based workshops by Dr Mitchell and his team from the UK, UNESCO MGIEP and One Teacher One Scientist empowered teachers and volunteers to make the needed shift towards building SDGs in classrooms for raising Future Ready children in the 21st Century.
