The Person Behind the Work

Vaishali Gupta — Educator, Practitioner, Founder

Vaishali Gupta founded One Teacher One Scientist on a conviction built over two decades of on-ground work — that every child, regardless of circumstance, deserves access to quality STEAM education and a teacher who is growing alongside them. Through OTOS, she has designed and scaled the SLATE bridge programme, trained thousands of teachers, developed physical and digital learning products, and built communities that keep educators connected and supported. She works with organisations ranging from local government schools to internationally funded NGOs and CSR bodies. Vaishali is a sought-after speaker, collaborator, and thought partner for institutions that take the long view on what education can do for India.
